摘要 在枯竭油藏和弱胶结地层固井时,通常使用低密度水泥浆。随着开发力度的不断加强,这些油藏的地层压力梯度不断下降,以往使用的低密度水泥浆体系都存在这样或那样的缺点,还没有一种单独的体系能够适应越来越困难的固井条件。国外提出了一种新的超低密度水泥浆技术,这种技术基于加入微珠和充气产生泡沫2种配制低密度水泥浆方法的优点,将2种降低密度的方法联合使用,从而产生密度更低、性能更加优良的超低密度水泥浆(ULCS)。介绍了用密度为0.998 g/cm3的ULCS在墨西哥的中南部Samaria区域固井以及用密度为0.647g/cm3的ULCS在墨西哥Cantarell油田封固尾管的情况。结果表明,使用该技术配制的ULCS能够适应枯竭油藏苛刻的固井条件,没有发生漏失,固井质量得到很大提高。 Low-density cement slurries are commonly used in cementing depleted and poorly consolidated reservoirs,of which the formation pressure becomes lower and lower as the development of the reservoirs proceeds,making the selection of the low-density cement slurries much more difficult.No single cement slurry can be used in cementing in these reservoirs.A new ultra light cement slurry technology has been developed recently,which combined the application of two low-density cement slurry technologies: the addition of micro beads and the aeration of the cement slurry.The cement slurries(ULCS) thus produced had lower density and better performance.This paper introduces the use of two ULCS(density 0.998 and 0.647 g/cm3) in Samaria and Cantarell Oilfield in Mexico,respectively.Field practices showed that the ULCS prepared using this technology can meet the rigorous requirement of the depleted reservoirs.No slurry losses had occurred and the cement job quality was greatly improved.
