摘要
对组份为SiCp/ZTM材料进行了室温及920℃下的力学性能测定,并采用Knoop压痕梁三点弯曲测试方法进行了920℃下静态疲劳、动态疲劳实验,获得了Paris指数和三参数Weibull模数,在此基础上建立了应力时间断裂几率(即STP)关系,对其进行寿命预测。
The mechanical properties of SiC p/ZTM material at room temperature and 920℃ were measured.Three point bending specimens with Knoop indentation induced flaws were used to measure crack propagation behavior under static and cyclic load separately.STP diagrams were established on the basis of 3 parameter Weibull distributions as well as crack propagation rate for lifetime prediction.
