摘要
通过复合柠檬酸盐溶液喷雾干燥法制备掺杂BaTiO3粉末,再经液相包裹法添加烧结助剂和受主杂质,制得了超细、化学均匀性好、烧结活性大的PTCR粉末。掺杂BaTiO3粉末的实际粒径范围为20~50nm,烧结助剂和受主杂质可通过液相包裹技术均匀地包裹在掺杂BaTiO3超细粉末颗粒表面,用这种粉末烧结制得的PTCR样品,具有良好的PTCR效应(开阻比Rmax/Rmin=106,开阻温区ΔT=110℃,阻温系数α30=26×10-2/℃)。
Ultrafine and homogeneous PTCR powder with good activity in sintering was prepared in two chemical processes: citrate solution process and liquid phase coating process. The physical and chemical properties of the powder were reported in detail. Partical size of the PTCR powder was about 20~50 nm. Sintering aids and acceptor can be coated uniformly on the surface of doped BaTiO 3 powder through the liquid phase coating process. Sintered with this powder, samples with excellent PTCR effects can be obtained.
