维吾尔族与汉族尿酸水平与糖、脂代谢紊乱关系的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨维吾尔族与汉族不同尿酸水平与糖、脂代谢紊乱的关系。方法:对2006年1~12月乌鲁木齐市1391例体检者的血尿酸和其他生化指标进行检测,数据分析采用方差分析、卡方检验和ROC曲线等方法。结果:汉族和维吾尔族血清学检测指标肌酐(CRE)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)以及高胆固醇血症、高甘油三脂血症和高甘油三脂混合高胆固醇血症的发生率均随着血尿酸(SUA)的升高而升高,不同SUA水平之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但是两个民族空腹血糖(FBS)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)水平以及高血糖和低高密度脂蛋白血症发生率表现出差异。结论:两个民族血尿酸对糖、脂代谢指标CRE、TG、TC、LDL-C的影响一致,但是在FBS和HDL-C的影响上有差异。因此在预防和治疗高尿酸血症及其并发症如脂代谢紊乱时,应充分考虑到民族间的差别,这对预防和治疗疾病会起到积极的影响。 Objectives: Study the correlation of plasma uric acid levels and fasting blood sugar, lipid metabolic abnormality between Han and Uygur ethnicity in Xinjiang. Methods: The blood samples were collected from January to May 2006 in Urumqi, It included 1 391 subjects aged 20 to 70 years, These subjects were analyzed for uric acid, glycerin, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein as well as biochemistry targets. Comparisons of proportion among groups were performed using the χ^2 test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to analysis data from people with different levels of serum uric acid. Results. From low to the high uric level group CRE, TG, TC, LDL-C level were increased and these correlated factors of cardiovascular risk factor, such as type Ⅰ , type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ Hyperlipidaemia between Uygur and Han ethnicities. Conclusions. The serum uric acid level have same effects on cardiovascular risk factor in two nationalities , but still show some different. It is hoped that in the prevention and treatment of high uric acid and its clinical complications such as lipid metabolic disorders, to fully consider these ethnic differences for the prevention and treatment of diseases will be a positive impact.
