摘要
目的:对新研制的引导牙周组织再生膜(壳聚糖-Ⅰ型胶原支架材料复合rhBMP-2和bFGF两种细胞因子)的效果进行动物实验研究。方法:将壳聚糖-胶原复合rhBMP-2和bFGF膜植入兔上颌切牙远中面骨缺损处,设空白对照,4周、6周后观察牙周组织再生情况。结果:①该膜可发生降解,膜的维持时间为4周,没有观察到组织排斥反应,生物相容性好;②实验组形成的新附着占暴露根面的74.4%,而对照组的新附着为34.3%;③实验组获得的新牙骨质与新牙槽骨沉积量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:壳聚糖-Ⅰ型胶原支架材料复合rhBMP-2和bFGF膜是一种可降解的、生物相容性好的引导牙周组织再生膜,具有临床应用前景。
Objective: To evaluate the degradation and biocompatibility of the new chitosan-type Ⅰ collagen scaffold composited with rhBMP-2 and bFGF and its effects on guiding tissue regeneration. Methods: This composite scaffolds were implanted into the distal side of anterior incisor of New Zealand rabbits. After 4 and 6 weeks of operation, the regeneration of periodontium was explored. Results: (1) The implanted membranes were biocompatible, and degraded slowly at the 4 weeks after operation. (2) At the 6 weeks after operation, the new attachment was observed on the test roots and covered the initial defect on average 74.4%, comparing with the controls only about 34.3%. (3) New cementum and alveolar bone formation were highly significant in experimental group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Chitosan-type I collagen scaffold composited with rhBMP-2 and bFGF is a good biodegradable and biocompatible material, which can guide tissue regeneration.
