摘要
关黄柏是我国名贵中药材之一,黑龙江省是其主产区。对黑龙江省关黄柏原植物,黄波罗和毛波罗进行了植物外部形态、花粉形态等观察和比较,结果毛波罗与黄波罗近缘。对不同产地黄波罗和胡波罗的药用成分小蘖碱含量分析及生药解剖研究表明:胡波罗与黄波罗不仅在植物外部形态上不易区分,而且两者小蘖碱含量和生药解剖特征也基本一致,关黄柏作为药原植物,两者可互相代替。不同产区的关黄柏小碱蘖含量却有显著差异,以桃山的关黄柏质量最佳,枝条小蘖碱含量也很高,可供药原。根据黑龙江省各林区关黄柏资源贮量和药用植物特点,提出黑龙江省关黄柏药原植物的护、育、用相结合,药、材、栓皮分段开发、综合利用的措施。
'Guan Huang Bai', a traditional Chinese Medicine is said to be based on Pkellodendron amurense Rupr. and Ph. amurense Rupr. var. moll (Nakai.) S. Z. Li et S. Z. Lion in Northeast China. Heilongjiang province is the main area of growing 'Guan Huang Bai'. Ph. amurense and Ph. amurense var. raolle have some difference not only in floral morphology, but also in pollen morphology. The former's pollen grains are prolate, the later's are speroidal. The comparative anatomy of bark has been studied in 'Guan Huang Bai' and 'Huang Bai' which is based on Ph. chinese Schn. in south China. The original plants of 'Guan Huang Bai' are mainly distributed in the south part of Heilongjiang. The authors analyse the berbrine content of 'Guan Huang Bai' from various area ia this province, the results show that materials from different areas differ in the berberine content, 'Guan Huang Bai' from Taoshan has the highest berberine content, also discuss the development and utilization of 'Guan Huang Bai' and its original plants in Heilongjiang Province.
