To strengthen the normal education is one ot the important ways to froma harmonious development of Chinese higher education. The policy to discharge the normal students from tuition fees is a rational option reflecting the idea of equity and harmoniousness. To carry out this policy will work in favor of the development of Chinese higher education. Meanwhile, it will also help to build a harmonious society.
