Ag-MgF_2金属陶瓷薄膜光学常数的尺度效应 被引量:1

摘要 对Ag金属颗粒镶嵌在MgF2陶瓷基体中形成的金属陶瓷薄膜光学常数的尺度效应进行了研究。用修正的M-G(Maxwell-Gannett)理论对Ag-MgF2金属陶瓷薄膜,在金属微粒体积百分比不同情况下光学常数的尺度效应进行了理论计算,并将理论计算结果与文献[1]的实验数据进行了比较,结果表明:金属微粒在低体积百分比(f1≤20%)情况下,所用修正M-G理论计算金属陶瓷薄膜所得的光学常数要比文献[1]所用的修正方法更符合实验数据。从而得到金属陶瓷薄膜光学常数微尺度效应的最佳修正因子,为实际研制开发新型薄膜材料提供科学的分析方法。
