摘要
采用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计等方法,对辽宁交通高等专科学校的武术教学现状进行调查研究发现在武术套路教学中科学合理地运用认知训练法,有意识、有目的地将认知训练法与常规教学两种教学方法有效地结合起来,不仅能够使学生正确掌握所学技术动作,而且能加快学生对武术套路动作掌握的熟练程度,在提高教学质量方面收到了良好的效果,是一种行之有效的辅助教学方法。
By using the methods of the textual decuments, experiment and mathematical statistic, this paper investigate the current simeon of Wushu teaching in our school. By the study ,it discovers that the reasonable application of cognitive training in Wushu routine teaching and the effective combination of cognitive training and regular teaching consciously and purposefully can not only help the students catch the movement but make the students hold the routine faster. The cognitive training is the effective method of assistant in teaching, and especially obtained well effect in improving the teaching quality.
