259例哈尔滨体育学院职工身体成分的调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 使用韩国ZEUS 9.9电阻抗身体成分测试仪,对哈尔滨体育学院259名离、退休及在职职工进行身体成分测试,并将测试结果分为6个年龄组分组统计,分析探讨男女各年龄组身体成分的变化趋势,发现各年龄段的男职工体重指数(BMI)均高于正常值,身体年龄普遍大于生理年龄,体脂肪百分比均高于正常水平,内脏脂肪水平除20-30岁年龄组其余均超过警戒范围;而女职工的体质指数均在正常范围,身体年龄则均低于生理年龄,体脂肪百分比和内脏脂肪均在正常范围。 After Using Korean ZEUS9.9 electricity impedance body ingredient instrument, testing 259 21 - 85 years old retirement and office staff men and women of the Harbin Institute of Physical Education, dividing the result into 6 age groups, analyzing and discussing the change tendency of varions age male and female groups body ingredient,it discovers that various ages section the male staff body weight index (BMI) is higher than the normal level, the body age is generally bigger than the physiological age, the percentage of body fat is higher than the normal level, except 20- 30 year old of age group the internal organs fat level surpasses the security scope,but the women's body weight index is in normal range, body age is lower than the physiological age, the percontage of body fat and internal organs fat are both in normal range.
