摘要
利用自然选择和人工选择相结合的方法,从崂山茶区1999-2001年实生播种建园的茶园筛选了8个耐寒单株。叶片结构电镜观察表明,有6个单株的叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、上表皮厚度和栅栏组织与海绵组织之比值等指标较对照符合理论上的抗寒性要求。对8个选留单株的植物学特征和一芽三叶中主要功能物质含量作了分析比较。
Eight cold-resistant single trees were selected from the tea seedling orchards construeted from 1999 to 2001 in Laoshan district by the means of natural and artificial selections. The results indicated that six single trees were more resistant to cold by observing the leaf thickness, the palisade parenehyma thickness, the epidermal thickness and the ratio of the palisade parenehyma to the spongy parenehyma through the electron microscope. It was also analyzed that the tea plant characters and the main functional substances in the one-bud-and-three-leaves of the 8 single trees.
