摘要
在现代社会经济、技术飞速发展的过程中,人们陷于一种现代性的危机之中。要解决这一问题就必须建立起一种正确的管理概念,一种正确的人的发展概念。通过对"政"、"礼"、"治"等中国传统哲学核心范畴的分析,提出了中国的伦理是内在的管理,中国的传统文化中的管理就是一种外在的伦理的论断,揭示了伦理、治理和管理三个范畴的不同意义。人的道德和心性才是人类社会一切制度规范的根基,只有将德性和法治两者很好结合起来才是人类社会得以健康发展的正确途径。
With the development of economy and technology in modern society, human beings are involved in a crisis of modernity. To solve this problem, the appropriate management and human development notions should be founded. In this paper, some essential categories, such as "politics" , "etiquette" , and "governance" , from Chinese traditional philosophy are analyzed to raise an inference that Chinese ethics is a form of internal management, and the management of Chinese traditional culture is a form of external ethics, and to reveal the significant differences among ethics, management and governance. The foundation of the principle and the law in society is morality and mind. It is a valid path of social development that morality and legal governance must be combined reasonably and appropriately.
