摘要
创建一个结构性的描述石家庄市农村居民点水土保持现状的评测系统,给出一个不确定信息下的形式化分析框架。针对农村居民点水土保持要素创建一个较为完整的专家决策系统,解决石家庄市农村居民点水土保持生态建设方面存在的预测、处理和规划问题,构建了生态自循环的多种模式。为农村不同居民点根据评测系统遴选适合自身特点的生态建设模式提供理论支撑而更有效地服务于社会主义新农村建设。
This paper creates a survey system of Shijiazhuang's rural residential areas about water and soil conservation, and presents an analysis frame in form with uncertain information. It also creates a fairly integrated experts' policy-making system and solves the problems of forecasting, conducting and planning in the field of ecology construction of water and soil conservation in Shijiazhuang rural residential areas and diversified models of ecological self-cycle. Besides, it provides the theoretical foundation for different rural residential areas selecting their ecology construction that fits them according to the survey system.
