摘要
超临界600MW机组主汽插管由于受高速气流的冲刷和振动作用,设计要求在插管表面堆焊司太立合金以增加耐冲刷及抗震动冲击能力,提高插管使用寿命。经过试验研究,采用钨极氩弧焊成功完成产品堆焊。
The main steam inlet sleeve of600MW SC turbine works under erosion and vibration of steam. Designed to surfacing stellite alloy on the sleeve, in order to increase tbe resistability of erosion and vibration, prolong working time. According as test, successful achieved surfacing workpiece by automate TIG.
