摘要
目的调查护士对患者健康教育角色的认知程度以及提高和妨碍教育效果的影响因素。方法随机选择我校成人教学学院夜大学护理专业本、专科学习的具有护士执照的护士300名,发放质性问卷调查表。结果82%的护士认为患者健康教育是每个护士的重要职责。提高教育效果前3位的影响因素分别是保证充足的教育时间、护士长对健康教育的重视和丰富的教育资料,妨碍教育效果的重要因素分别是教育时间缺乏、护士短缺、教育资源不足和患者不遵从。结论患者健康教育是护理工作的重要内容,但是存在许多影响因素;建议性提出提高教育效果的对策,包括支持护士教育者的角色、教育技能的培训和促进教育效益。
Objective To study nurses' recognition levels about the role of health education in treating patients and the factors (positive and negative) influencing the education outcomes. Methods Three hundred participants were randomly selected from adult nursing education department of our college (all with nurses' license). The participants were surveyed using a self-designed quali- tative questionnaire. Results Eighty-two percent of nurses agreed that health education was a priority in nursing. The top 3 factors improving the education outcome included enough time for edu- cation, the importance attached to health education by the charge nurse and the availability of adequate teaching materials;the factors hampering the education outcome included the lack of time, the shortness of nurses,the lack of teaching materials and the incompliance of patients. Conclusion Patient education is an important part of professional nursing practice and can be influenced by various factors. The suggestions for improving the health education include supporting the educators, training of teachers and improving teaching efficiency.
