腹腔镜胆囊切除术后肝外胆管残留结石原因分析(附28例报告) 被引量：1

摘要 对2000年9月至2006年7月收治的28例腹腔镜胆囊切除术后残留结石病例进行回顾性分析。结果胆总管残留结石22例,胆囊管残端残留结石4例,残株胆囊结石2例。术前检查不完善和术中操作不熟练是腹腔镜胆囊切除术后肝外胆管残留结石的主要原因。
