摘要
以新疆广播电视无线覆盖信息管理系统为例，从技术和应用角度，论述了以GIS为基础的新疆广播电视无线覆盖信息管理系统建设思路，对该系统的数据组成、数据库结构、主要功能模块、应用效果等进行了系统论述。
Using Xinjiang Broadcast Television Wireless Coverage Information Management System as an example and from the perspective of technology and applications, this paper exposits the idea of constructing Xinjiang Broadcast Television Wireless Coverage Information Management System, which based on the GIS. And then it systematically expounds the data constitution, database structure, major functional modules and effect.
