摘要
利用等渗透胁迫的PEG和NaCl及混合溶液处理羊柴种子,测定种子发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、平均根长,幼苗叶片保护酶SOD、POD、CAT活性和脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质、MDA含量。结果表明:随着胁迫强度增加,种子萌发能力下降,幼苗生长指标下降;SOD、CAT活性持续增加,脯氨酸、MDA含量上升,POD活性、可溶性蛋白质含量下降。对3种胁迫条件下生长及生理指标的分析表明:羊柴在种子萌发期和幼苗期有较强的抗旱能力和一定的抗盐能力,萌发幼苗对盐、旱胁迫存在交互适应现象。
Hedysarum Laeve seed were treated with iso-osmotic NaCl and Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) and their mixed solutions. The seed germination indexes (germination rate, germination capacity, seed vigor index, average length of root), protective enzymes activity(superoxide dismutase SOD, peroxidase POD, catalase CAT), osmolytes content ( proline, soluble protein) and amlondialdehyde(MDA) were tested under NaCl and PEG stress. The results showed that all growth indexes decreased, SOD activity and CAT activity continued increasing ,contents of Pro and MDA increased, POD and insoluble protein content decreased with stress intensity. Comparing the results of three iso-osmotic stresses, it can be suggested that Hedysarum Laeve has high drought tolerance and certain salt tolerance during seed germination and seedling growing. The germinating seedlings had capacity of cross-adaptation to harmful salt and drought stresses.
