摘要
目的了解、分析我院护士撰写护理论文中存在的问题,并制定对策,以提高护士撰写护理论文的能力。方法建立护理科研管理组织,设计护理论文审核表格及制订论文审核程序,组织护士学习护理科研写作理论知识,选派老师指导护士撰写论文。结果护士写作能力逐步提高,护理论文在核心期刊上的发表率逐年上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论要提高护理科研的整体能力,应从论文管理入手,有效地进行护理科研论文管理,加强在职护士科研写作知识教育,合理地选择护理论文写作指导老师等是提高护士护理论文撰写能力的有效途径。
Objective To analyze the problems in nursing research and make improvement measures, in order to improve nurses＇ research ability. Methods We set up an administration team for nursing research, designed a sheet and procedure of paper evaluation, organized nurses to learn theory knowledge about nursing research, and assigned advisors to direct nursing research. Results This practice improved nurses＇ research ability gradually. As a result, nursing papers published on key journals increased year by year. Conclusion In order to improve nurses＇ research ability,it is important to enforce the management of nursing research, and strengthen the continuing education of paper writing and choose competent advisors.
