Design and Test of a Fixture for Random Vibration Testing of Electronics Installed in Aircraft

摘要 对某型无人机机载电子设备在随机振动试验时的专用夹具(即转接板)进行了设计计算、加工制作。经过对该转接板的校准测试,结果表明:此转接板是一次性设计制作成功的夹具。它已成功地应用于某型无人机机载电子设备按国军标GJB1032—90,GJB150. A plate like fixture for the random vibration testing of the electronics installed in a certain pilotless aircraft is designed and manufactured in this work. Test resullts show that the fixture conforms to the vibration test setup requirements of natimal military standards GJB1032 90, GJB50.16 86 and GJB899 90, which means that the fixture designed and manufactured in a quite short period of time worked successfully on its first test run.
