Analysis on Weighting of Self-Piercing Riveting Process

摘要 针对自冲铆接工艺试验的特点,构建了铆接工艺方案的评价指标体系。应用层次分析法建立了影响铆接质量评价指标的权重矩阵,计算出相应权重值和综合重要度。通过对铆接试件的初步静拉力试验和疲劳试验,验证了计算权重值的正确性,为自冲铆接工艺试验方案的比选建立了理论基础。 In terms of the feature of the salf-piercing riveting process test,the evaluation index system for the riveting process program is constructed.The weighting matrix that affects the evaluation index of riveting quality is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy method,and the moderate weighting value and important degree of synthesis are calculated.The correctness of calculating weighting value is validated and the theoretical basis for the specific selection of self-piercing riveting process test is established by the tests of static pulling force and fatigue.
