摘要
为了提高风窗刮水器的设计水平和效率,采用Matlab/SimMechanics物理建模工具箱对刮水器进行建模与运动仿真,阐明了这种建模方法与仿真技术的具体应用,对其他类似机构的建模与仿真具有一定的参考价值。仿真结果表明,采用该仿真技术进行产品辅助设计,具有简单、快速等诸多优点。
For increasing the design level and efficiency of car windscreen wiper,its mold is built by Matlab toolbox SimMechanics and simulated. The example illuminates the application of this modeling and simulation method, Simulation results show this method is more convenient, vivid and powerful. It can be used various motion in mechanical system. So it provides a useful method and scientific supports for complex meehanism＇s design.
