摘要
人本主义的自我实现理论和马克思个性全面发展理论都是人的发展所追求的目标,也是促进人的发展的动力,但它们建立在不同的哲学观上。吸取人本主义的合理内核与精华,并准确理解马克思关于人的全面发展学说,对推进素质教育有深远的现实意义。
The theory of Marxist individual overall development and of the self - realization of humanism are not only the aim that is sought in human development, but also the power that promote human development. However, they are based on different philosophies. We should absobe the reasonable content and essence of humanism. Accurately and completely understanding Marxism on the theory of human development has deeply practical significance to carry the quality education.
