摘要 对P91主蒸汽管道母材与焊缝在室温和565℃下的拉伸性能、冲击韧性和FATT50,特别是焊缝室温和565℃下的断裂韧度进行了试验研究。本试验结果表明,在室温和565℃时,焊缝的拉伸性能、冲击功和FATT50均略低于母材,焊缝565℃下的表观启裂CTOD和条件启裂CTOD均高于室温。 An experimental study on the tensile properties, impact toughness and FATT50 at room temperature and 565 ℃, especially the fracture toughness of base metal and weld of in a P91 main steam pipe has been carried out. The results show that tensile properties, impact toughness and FATT50 of weld are below base metal at room temperature and 565 ℃ ; and apparent crack initiation CTOD and conditional crack initiation CTOD of weld at 565 ℃ are higher than at room temperature.
