摘要
随着油井深度及稠油动用储量的增加,常规举升工艺已很难满足生产的需要。针对性地提出了有杆泵-喷射泵组合举升工艺和脉冲式射流泵的工作理论,以节点分析方法对其进行分析,根据压力和流量的协调关系,利用分层多目标最优原理进行优化设计,给出了设计步骤。能够较好地满足深井、超深井及浅层稠油热力开采,提高了有杆泵的泵效,改善了抽汲工况。
With the increasing of oil well and producing reserves, it is difficult for conventional ar- tificial lift technology to meet the producing need. The article developed the combination of suck-ing rod and jet pumps in view of particular problem and particular needs. The paper tried to pro-pose working theory of impulse jet pump, studied from context of system analysis, analyzed by the way of node analysis. According to harmonize relation between pressure and rate of flow, the paper made optimize design by use of multiple objective principle of optimality, and gave design procedure. It can satisfy production with deep well and ultra-deep well and shallow layer heavy oil, which improved the pump efficiency of suck rod and improving pumping behavior.
