摘要
阐述了江苏油田试采二厂目前使用的固定式尼龙抽油杆扶正器的现状和技术特点,对其存在的问题和原因进行了分析,并提出了工艺改进:将扶正体与油管的线接触改为面接触,减缓磨损速度;利用螺旋槽换向,达到均匀磨损;增加扶正体的强度;扶正件能更换使用,节约成本。现场应用表明,改善了油井的偏磨情况,延长了检泵周期,取得了较好的经济效益。
The text presented the status and technical characteristics of the centralized implement currently used in the second production plant, and simply analyzed the reason for the problems existed in the field using of the fixed nylon sucker rod centralized implement. It proposed the fol-lowing processes to improve centralized implement: changing line contact into surface contacts to reduce the wear speed~ using screw groove to achieve uniform worn; increasing the intensity of the centralized implement body. The field test shows the improvement of the well partial wear, extending oil well workover period, achieving better economical benefit.
