摘要
找出了人字齿轮减速器在工作中右端齿轮出现严重磨损的原因并进行了分析。提出在国内现有制造技术的条件下,对于37kN.m以下的减速器应推广使用斜齿轮传动。
The paper presents the serious wearing of herringbone gears in reducer in service, the
cause of its failure and the analysis. The author puts forward that the herringbone gear is better to use in transmission under 37 kN·m at the present condition of domestic manufacturing.
