摘要
目的 观察我们研制的复方酮康唑散对海训期间股癣的防治效果。方法 2003~2006年,我们分批次对某部海训官兵进行调研。采用整群抽样方法,每批次调研均设用药组和对照组。总人数为1442人,其中用药组723人,对照组719人。用药组每次游泳结束冲淋身体后,将复方酮康唑散扑于腹股沟、会阴和肛周部位,用药时间白海训前体检之日起直至海训结束,平均28天。对照组不使用预防性药物。分别观察用药组和对照组海训前及海训结束时股癣发病率及其病情程度。股癣诊断主要依据典型症状和体征,需作鉴别诊断者进行鳞屑真菌镜检。采用股癣病情积分判断标准判定病情程度。结果 海训后与海训前相比,用药组的发病率显著减低(P〈0.01),病情程度无显著性差异(P〉0.05);对照组的发病率显著增高(P〈0.01),病情程度显著加重(P〈0.01)。海训后,用药组的发病率显著低于对照组(P〈0.01),且病情程度显著减轻(P〈0.01)。结论 复方酮康唑散具有抗真菌、消炎、收敛及保护皮肤作用,对股癣有较好的防治作用,且具有感觉舒适、制备简便、经济实用的特点,适合于海训部队推广使用。
Objective To observe the prevention and treatment of the compound ketoconazole powder developed by ourselves on tinea cruris during the ocean-drilling. Methods 1 442 objects of study who had participated in the ocean-drilling were collected through cluster sampling from 2003 to 2006. They were divided into 2 groups, experimental group (n=723) and control group (n =719). In the experimental group the compound ketoconazole powder was applied to inguinal region, perineum and crissum after swimming every time during the ocean-drilling. The medication was from the physical examination to the end of the ocean-drilling. The average period was 28 days. The incidence of tinea cruris and the pathogenetic condition of the 2 groups were observed respectively before and after ocean-drilling. The diagnosis was determined in terms of the classic symptoms and clinical signs. Mycological cure was necessary if the differential diagnoses were needed. The degree of the pathogenetic condition was assessed in terms of the symptom and sign scores. Results After the ocean-drilling, the incidence of the experimental group was much lower than be fore (P〈0. 01), but the pathogenetic condition did not improve significantly (P〈0.05); the incidence of the control group was much higher than before (P〈0.01), and the pathogenetic condition declined significantly (P〈0. 01). Compared with the contrary, the incidence of the experimental group decreased and the pathogenetic condition improved greatly. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that the compound ketoconazole powder developed by ourselves can efficiently prevent the tinea cruris with the characteristics of antifungal, dephlogisticate, stypsis and skin protection. It is fit for the officers and soldiers in the ocean-drilling, comfortable, conveniently prepared, economical and practical.
