摘要
以十运会女子三级跳远前8名运动员为研究对象,采用文献资料调研、数理统计、影像分析等方法进行跨步跳起跳技术的分析研究。结果表明,跨步跳起跳技术的优劣表现在支撑腿的下压和摆动腿的后摆所形成的剪绞速度、幅度方面;适宜的起跳角度和腾起角度是与个体专项力量素质相匹配,并能进行有弹性的起跳的角度,不宜采用固定的理论模式。
Taking the athletes who won the top eight places during women triple jump competition in the10th National Games as research subject, and using the method of literature,mathematical statistics and video analysis,this paper studies the take-off skills of triple jump. The result shows that the take-off skill depends on the scissors speed and amplitude formed by the downward of supporting leg and backward of swinging leg. There is great difference between vertical speed, proper angle landing the ground and proper angle to prance to the air which matches individual specific strength. The take-off angle should not adopt fixed theoretical pattern.
