摘要 目的:探讨CP-Sil 5CB毛细管气相色谱法同时检测工作场所空气中丙酮、丁酮和苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯等有毒物质。方法:活性炭管吸附采样,用二硫化碳解吸后,解吸液经CP-Sil 5CB毛细管色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积外标法定量。结果:丙酮、丁酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯在CP-Sil 5CB毛细管柱上分离良好,工作曲线的线性相关系数r均在0.99以上,相对标准偏差1.98%~4.36%,样品加标回收率90.0%~105.8%。结论:CP-Sil 5CB毛细管色谱柱能一次性分离丙酮、丁酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯,可用于工作场所空气中该7种物质的测定。 Objective: To develop a method for simultaneous determination of acetone, butanone, benzene, toluene, xylene and styrene in workplace air by capillary gas chromatography with CP- Sil 5CB column. Methods:The analyte was adsorbed by active carbon and desorbed by carbon disulfide. Separation was achieved on CP- Sil 5CB capillary column, and detection was per-formed by flame ionization detector (FID). Qualitative analysis was by retention time, and quantification was by external standard method with peak area. Results.A satisfactory separation was achieved on CP- Sil 5CB capillary column. The correlation coefficients of these calibration curves were more than 0. 99, relative standard deviations were 1.98% -4. 36%, recoveries of target compounds ranged from 90. 0% - 105. 8%. Conclusion:These poisonous chemicals can be simultaneously separated on CP - Sil 5 CB capillary column, this assay can be applied to determination of acetone, butanone, benzene, toluene, xylene and styrene in workplace air.
