经皮半导体激光椎间盘减压术治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的初步结果 被引量:5

摘要 目的评价经皮半导体激光椎间盘减压术治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的临床效果。方法应用经皮半导体激光椎间盘减压术治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛21例。所有病例在X线导向下进行。所有病例均在术中进行椎间盘造影。穿刺针尖位置偏向椎间盘后侧。结果随访3个月~18个月,无严重并发症。根据Macnab评定标准进行评价,术后3~6个月随访组,21例中优14例(66.7%),良4例(19%),可3例,差0例,优良率85.7%。7个月~1年随访组17例,优10例(58.8%),良4(23.5%),可3例,差0例,优良率82.4%。术后1年以上随访组13例,优7例(53.8%),良4例(30.8%),可2例,差0例,优良率84.6%。结论经皮半导体激光椎间盘减压术治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛疗效确切。
