摘要
P-选择素作为血小板活化的最直接标志和炎症反应的重要介质,参与了冠心病的发生、发展过程。本文对近年来P-选择素在冠心病始动、进展中的作用,P-选择素与冠心病各种类型及其严重程度的关系,以及冠心病各种治疗方法对P-选择素的影响和抗P-选择素治疗进行综述。P-选择素在冠心病的诊断、病情观察、疗效评价、预后估计都有重要作用,有望成为冠心病防治的新靶点。
As the most direct marker of activation of the platelet and an important mediator of the inflammatory reaction, P-selectin has taken part in the nosogenesis and the development of coronary heart disease （CHD）. Our review focuses on the role of P-selectin in the initiation and progression of the CHD recent years and the relationship between P-selectin and CHD for its types and severity. The effects of different methods to treat CHD on the P-seleetin and anti P-selectin therapy are also mentioned. P-seleetin has played such an important role in the diagnosis, observation, evaluation and the prognosis of the CHD that it could be a new target for the prevention and treatment of the CHD.
