摘要 根据电涡流传感器的基本原理,采用带温度补偿的双通道电涡流传感器对金属材质进行高速动态无损检测;对系统的实现机理进行了阐述,论述了双通道电涡流传感器的基本原理,对各组成单元进行了分析,给出了相应的信号发生电路、调理电路、接口电路和配套软件的原理框图;该系统采用二维方式进行数据采集和处理,对多维方式有一定指导意义;实验数据表明,该系统对小直径薄壁金属材质的识别具有高速性和较高可靠性,在该应用领域具有一定的先进性。 According to the basic principle of eddy current sensor, dual - channel eddy current sensor with temperature compensation carries on the high speed dynamic real - time detection of the metallic material. The mechanism of the system is expounded in detail. The basic principle of dual - channel eddy current sensor is discussed. Each functional unit of the system is analyzed. The schematic diagrams of the corresponding signal generation circuit, metering circuit, interface circuit and necessary software are given. The system adopted the two -dimensional method for the data acquisition and processing, so it is significant to the multidimensional detection system, The testing data show that the system has high speed and reliability for the detection of the metal with small diameter and thin. it's advanced in the field of its application.
