摘要
游梁式抽油机-深井泵抽油系统的节能是一个典型的系统工程问题,游梁式抽油机只是该系统中的一个单元,故游梁式抽油机节能也只是系统节能的一部分,不应过分看重其作用。现广泛在用的异相型游梁式抽油机节能性已满足工程需要,单纯追求抽油机高效率而着力改型,从全系统看意义不大。游梁式抽油机的耗能量与载荷波动系数CLF成正比。为实现节能,可在抽油机与动力机之间增设节能蓄能器。
Energy saving of a beam pumping unit-subsurface pump system is a problem of typical systematic engineering. The energy saving of the unit is only a part of the energy saving of the system, therefore it is unnecessary to pay great attention to it. The energy saving effect of the existing phased beam pumping unit can satisfy the operating requiremets, therefore the improvement of the unit for higher efficiency is not of great importance. The energy consumption of the beam pumping unit is proportional to the coefficient of load fluctuation CLF. An accumulator can be located between the pumping unit and the electric motor for energy saving.
