摘要
讨论了径向水平钻井技术的轨迹控制问题.运用环流理论(简化升力面理论)对旋转水射流中的导向叶轮在定常情况下的受力进行了理论分析和计算.结果表明,旋转叶轮受力计算的方法是可靠、有效的,适用于任何螺旋状的叶轮受力计算,如变厚度、变螺距、不规则几何形状的叶片等,同时还可以对叶轮进行辅助设计,并为水平井轨迹控制研究提供帮助;另外,该研究也为产生高效旋转的气蚀射流研究打下一定的理论基础.
The problem of trajectory control for radial and horizental drilling technology is discussed. The circular theory is applied to solve the directional blades force of rotational water jet flow in the steady condition. The method for calculating the rotational blade force is effective and fits for any shape blades. The calculation results can provide an aid for design of blades and theoretical base for further study on the high effective rotational cavitation water jet flow.
