摘要
HQ─1前置液可与水混配成冲洗液,也可与加重材料配成隔离液,应用于油层套管固井144井次,合格率100%,优质率82.6%,比应用前提高了6.6个百分点。实践表明:由HQ─1配制的冲洗液对钻井液无增稠现象,在低速下可达紊流,能很好地冲洗管壁与井壁。配制的隔离液对水泥浆无不良影响,可起到隔离、驱替钻井液的作用,从而提高了顶替效率,提高了固井质量,具有很好的应用前景。
From cementing front fluid HQ- 1, a washing fluid can be transformed by mixing it with water and a spacer fluid can be prepared by weighting it with mud weighting materials. The cementing practices in 144 wells have shown that the cementing up to standard rate was 100 % and the cementing super quality rate was 82. 6 %, the later one was raised up by 6. 6 % by use of it. The derived washing fluid can get in turbulent flow even at a low shear rate and provide a very good washing effect on pipe and borehole wall without thickening reaction when it mixes with drilling fluid. The prepared spacer fluid has a good isolating and displacing effects but no negative influence on cement slurry so that a good cementing quality was guaranteed. A prosperous future of its extensive applications shows up.
