摘要
利用超声波测距技术结合相应测试算法利用PC机进行群罐体容器内液位的测控和集中管理,可避免与被测液体接触,与采用压力式液位测试技术相比,不但大大增加了系统的连续工作时间,简化和方便了对传感器的维护,还可实现不停产检修,提高了生产率和管理水平。简述了系统的工作原理、组成结构和设计方法,并对传感器及微控制器的选用等内容进行了论述。采用单片机来控制超声波的发射与接收,并且计算出液位,使测试仪器具有更高的智能性。
Utilizing the technology of ultrasonic wave, relevant test arithmetic and the PC to carry on monitoring, controlling and centralized management of the liquid-level in the hquid container, can prevent from keeping in touch with the examined liquid, compared with the technology of the pressure measure, not only has increased the continuous working time of the system greatly, simplifying maintenance of the sensor conveniently, can also realize overhauling in producing and boost the productivity and ~ement level. The working principle, hardware structure of the instrument and the design method were presented and the selection of sensor and MCU were discussed in detail. The more intelligent can be obtained when using the MCU to control the emission and receive and to calculate the liquid-level.
