摘要
针对当前充电器对蓄电池充电时,过大的充电电流尖峰和谐波造成蓄电池极板的脱落、充电接受率降低和蓄电池使用寿命缩短等问题,研制了一种以PIC16F877单片机为主处理芯片的脉冲型智能快速充电器,该充电器通过单片机控制绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)高频斩波进行间歇式脉冲充电。实践证明:该充电器智能化程度高、功耗低、成本低,同时由于在充电器硬件电路设计过程中特别考虑了抗干扰技术在充电器中的应用,使得该系统工作更加稳定可靠,具有较高的推广价值。
Aiming at the problem:the high current peaks and harmonic inducing the electrode board of the battery failing off, low reception efficiency of charge,short life of the battery and so on,when charge to the battery, A type of intelligent impulse fast charger based on PIC16F877 was deve loped, which make intermission impulse charge through PIC MCU to IGBT. In practice,successfully proved the intelligent charger has the trait of:higher intelligence,lower power,low cost,And that,because take the anti-jamming technique into account when design the hardtware of circuit there is a considerable reliability and stabilization, So it deserves our popularization,
