摘要
重点考察了溶剂蒸发时间、凝胶介质温度及环境相对湿度等动力学因素对PVC/PMMA合金膜的渗透、分离性能的影响。结果表明:随环境相对湿度、凝胶浴温度增大,合金膜的平均孔径增大,水通量上升;蒸发时间延长,合金膜的平均孔径及水通量出现1个最大值。
Influence of dynamic factor on the structure and property of the PVC/PMMA alloy bembranes was investigated, The results showed that by increasing relative humidity surroundings or gelatinization medium temperature , the polymeric alloy membrane's flux and the particle pore size increased. By increasing the solvent evaporation time, the polymeric alloy membrane's flux and the particle pore size got across a maximum value.
