摘要
教学与科研互动是高等教育发展的必然趋势。基于广东地方院校在科研与教学方面与部属院校的差距,提出地方院校专业课教师结合学校自身实际及教学内容,争取一些与教学水平提高、与所讲授的课程相关联的科研项目,通过教学与科研互动,科研与学生能力培养互动,提高教学质量和学术水平的教学改革新思路。
For a university, the harmonious development between scientific research and teaching is the source of sustainable development. This paper analyzes why a university teacher weighs scientific research more than teaching. It then provides some mothers for a university teacher to do both scientific research and teaching well. That is teaching with a spirit of scientific research; applying results of scientific research to teaching; promoting scientific research with the aid of teaching. Finally, it concludes with some thoughts involved in the harmonious development between scientific research and teaching.
