摘要
为了揭示咸水灌溉对甜瓜各器官生长及盐离子分布的影响,采用温室砂培试验,从甜瓜的伸蔓期开始用不同质量浓度的模拟咸水对其进行灌溉,测定不同发育阶段各器官中的Na+、K+、Ca2+和Cl-的含量及甜瓜的生长状况。结果表明,灌溉咸水质量浓度的增加使甜瓜根、茎、叶和果实生物量降低,K+/Na+、Ca2+/Na+、Cl-/Na+下降;根、茎和叶中的Na+和Cl-含量基本上随咸水质量浓度的增加而提高,但叶片中Na+含量低于根和茎;K+含量从伸蔓期到开花坐果期出现上升趋势,而到果实发育期迅速下降,其中叶片的K+含量降低幅度最大,根系的变化不明显;叶片中的Ca2+含量高于根和茎,并且在伸蔓期和开花坐果期,各咸水处理的Ca+含量与CK的差异不显著,但在果实发育期,各咸水处理甜瓜各器官的Ca2+含量均显著高于CK。由此可见,在咸水灌溉条件下,虽然甜瓜以增加吸收K+和叶片的拒Na+为适应特征,但各器官的生长均受到抑制。
The purpose of this paper is to reveal the effects of brackish water irrigation on the growth and distribution of salty ions in the organs of melon. The growth and contents of Na^+ ,K ^+ ,Ca^2+ and Cl^- in different organs of melon are studied under sand culture condition irrigated with simulate salt water. The results show that brackish water irrigation reduces the K^+/Na^+,Ca^2+/Na^+,Cl^- /Na^+ ratios, and fresh weight of roots , stems , leaves , and fruits;the contents of Na^+ and Cl^- increase in roots,stems and leaves as the concentration of salt water go up, while Na^+ in the leaves is lower than that in the stems and roots. The content of K^+ tends to rise from straw period to flor-fruit period. The content of K^+ in the leaves shows a signifieant decline during fruitage while that in the roots indicates no changes. The content of Ca^2+ in the leaves is higher than that in roots and stems, and in all treatments during flor-fruit period and fruitage Ca^2+ content indicates no significant difference. In conclusion, under the brackish water stress,the melon takes in more K^+ and excludes Na^+ from entering leaves,but the growth of different organs is still inhibited signifi- eantly.
