摘要
在分析玉米免耕播种机结构特点的基础上,提出了基于SolidWorks和MATLAB的虚拟设计方案。以玉米免耕播种机为研究对象,建立玉米免耕播种机的虚拟样机模型,并对模型进行运动学和动力学分析,从而达到仿真和优化结构的目的。分析结果表明:用虚拟技术可以实现对玉米免耕播种机的快速准确设计和研究,缩短免耕播种机的研发周期,提高了工作效率,减少了设计成本。
Based on the structural and characteristic analysis of no-tillage maize phnter, a new scheme using virtual design based on Solid- Works and MATLAB has been put forward. This article expatiates that throughing investigating the no-tillage maize phnter, establishing the virtual prototyping model of the no-tilLage maize planter, and doing some kinematics and dynamic analysis, we can simulate and optimize the structure of the no-tillage maize planter. The result shows that virtual technology can make design and study promptly and accurately, so as to reducing the time of exploitation new products, boosting the work efficiency, and reducing the cost.
