摘要
文章针对日益加剧的水资源压力,提出了非常规水资源景观利用的理念,并概括和归纳了相应的措施、方法和关键原则。指出将雨水、洪水、污废水等的管理和利用纳入城市规划设计,不仅有助于缓解水资源短缺、改善生态环境,同时还能够创造出多功能的水域空间和景观。
Aiming at the increasing water resources pressure day by day, the planner ingeniously brings the control and utilization of rainwater, floodwater, sewage and wastewater into urban planning and design. It could be not only helpful for easing up the shortage of water resources, but also improving ecological environment and creating multifunctional waters space and landscape.
