摘要
目的研究利用Eudragit NE制备氯化钾缓释片。方法采用丙烯酸树脂水性包衣工艺,通过体外释放度实验筛选工艺参数。结果以滑石粉用量75%(w/w),包衣增重2%(w/w),后处理温度40℃的条件下,氯化钾缓释片具有较好的缓释性。结论缓释片的体外释放按零级模式释药。
Aim Preparation of potassium chloride(KCl) sustained release tablets with EudragitNE was investigated. Methods Aqueous acrylic polymeric dispersion was used as a film material, and technological parameters of tablets were screened by dissolution tests. Results Potassium chloride sustained release tablets showed fine sustained release effect in the talc dosage of 75% (w/w) , layer weight of 2% (w/w) and the curing temperature of 40℃. Conclusion The releasing rate of KCl from tablets was demonstrated in accordance with the zero-profile.
