软胶囊囊材的配比与胶皮溶解速率关系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的考察明胶软胶囊囊材不同配比对胶皮溶解性能的影响以及优选最佳囊材配比。方法以柠檬黄为指示剂,通过测定囊材不同配比所制胶皮的溶解速率,采用均匀实验设计优选囊材处方。结果水∶明胶为1.6∶1,甘油∶明胶为0.9283∶1时胶皮有最大的溶解速率(k=5.7059)。结论对各种因素的考察有助于优化囊材处方,该方法简单、新颖、实用。 Aim To study the relationship between various ratios and the dissolution rates of the soft-gelatin capsule shell before selecting the optimum ratio. Methods The dissolution rates of various soft-gelatin capsule shells with tartrazine as the indicator were determind and the optimum ratio of soft-gelatin capsule shell was selected by even experiment design. Results When the ratio of water to gelatin was 1.6 : 1 ; the ratio of glycerol to gelatin was 0. 928 3: 1 ( k = 5.705 9), the capsule shell had the highest dissolution rates. Conclusion A study of various factors helps select the optimum ratio of the soft-gelatin capsule shell. This method is simple, novel and practical.
