摘要
家族式管理对闽南家族企业快速完成资本积累和发展起了积极的作用。通过分析闽南家族企业管理模式中存在的弊端,进而提出相应对策,指出闽南家族企业必须在管理模式上加以创新,建立科学管理模式,实行现代企业管理,以实现企业的可持续发展。
The managing pattern of family enterprise contributes to the rapid acumulation of capital for many family enterprises in southern Fujian province. However,with the further development of these family enterprises,this managing pattern has showed an increasing number of drawbacks. Thus,it is necessary to explore into this managing pattern so as to make a breakthrough. By analyzing drawbacks existing in the managing pattern of family enterprises, this paper is trying to put forward some countermeasures,pointing out that family enterprises in southern Fujian province should make efforts to make innovation by establishing scientific managing patterns,and realizing modern enterprise management so as to achieve sustainable development.
