摘要
试验采用分段曝气中和―混凝沉降新工艺处理钛白粉酸性废水,研究结果表明,先投加石灰石后投加石灰并辅以分段曝气可以有效去除Fe2+、SO42-和色度,混凝剂采用聚合硫酸铁和聚丙烯酰胺可有效去除悬浮物,出水各项指标均符合《国家污水综合排放标准》GB8978—2002的一级排放要求。
The treatment process of step-aerated neutralization- coagulation degradation is adopted to treat the acidic wastewater from TiO2 factory. The results indicate that Fe^2+,SO^- and chroma can be efficiently decreased by the method which uses CaCO3 firstly then CaO in the condition of step-aeration. Suspended substances can be removed by PFS and PAM. After treated by this process, the best result shows that all the indexs of the discharged water conform to the requirement of the first grade Comprehensive Discharge Standard of Wastewater(GB 8978-2002).
