摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-80)、聚醚二元醇(N220)、环氧树脂(E20)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)等为原料,通过原位聚合,制备了水性聚氨酯-环氧树脂-丙烯酸(WPUEA)复合分散液.研究了体系NCO/OH总摩尔比和TMP、E20、DMPA及MMA用量对WPUEA分散液及其胶膜性能的影响.结果表明,当NCO/OH总摩尔比为1.2~1.5,TMP用量为2%~3%,E20用量为4%~6%,DMPA用量为6%~9%,MMA用量为20%~30%时,分散液储存期超过10个月,冻融循环大于5,其涂膜硬度大于0.70,拉伸强度大于10MPa,耐水性、耐酸碱性、耐溶剂性等较水性聚氨酯(WPU)有明显改善.
Water-borne polyurethane-epoxy-acrylate(WPUEA) hybrid dispersions was prepared using toluene diisocyanate ( TDI-80 ), polyether polyol ( N220 ), epoxy resin ( E20 ) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as main raw materials. The effects of total mole ratio of NCO/OH,and the amount of TMP,E20, DMPA and MMA on performance of the hybrid dispersions and its coating films were investigated. The experimental results show that when total mole ratio of NCO/OH is 1.2 - 1.5 ,the amount of TMP is 2% - 3%, E20 is 4% - 6% , DMPA is 6% - 9% , MMA is 20% - 30% ,the WPUEA have such better performance as - good stability even after store for a period up to 10 months and after 5 cycles of freezing and thawing,hardness is about 0. 70, (adhesme) tensile strength is greater than 10MPa, the properties of waterresistance, chemical-resistance and solvent-resistance were improved.
