摘要
用6-BA(0、5、10、15和20 mg/L)对盆栽假俭草Elemochloa ophiuroides优良品系E-126进行处理,研究其对提高假俭草的抗寒性和绿期的影响。结果表明,在低温条件下,6-BA处理的假俭草与对照相比,不仅降低了电导率,抑制了叶绿素的分解,而且提高了可溶性糖、脯氨酸的含量,从而提高了抗寒性,延长了青绿期,其中效果最好的处理为10 mg/L,可延长假俭草绿期16~17 d。
Taking good pot-culture Elemochloa ophiuroides strain E-126 as material, 6-BA interposed 5 thickness grades 0, 5, 10,15 and 20 mg/L, the effect of 6-BA improving chilling resistance and prolonging green stage of E. ophiuroides was studied. The result indicated that, under low temperature condition, E. ophiuroides treated with 6-BA, not only reduced relative electrical conductivity, restrained the chlorophyll decomposition, but also increased contents of soluble sugar and praline, thereby notably improved chilling resistance of E. ophiuroides. The effect of 10 mg/L 6-BA treated was the best, could prolong green period 16--17 d.
