摘要
以N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)和八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)为原料,通过开环聚合反应合成了氨基硅油。考察了单体配比、催化剂种类和用量、反应时间和温度、封端剂用量等对氨基硅油氨值和表观黏度的影响规律。最佳的反应条件是:氨基硅烷偶联剂用量4%,反应温度110℃,反应时间5h,减压时间40min,压力0.005MPa,MM用量0.2%,二甲基亚砜用量0.5%,选用KOH为催化剂,KOH用量0.08%。
The amino-silicone oil was synthesized by ring opening polymerization from N-(beta-aminoethyl )-gamma-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane, end capped agent and octamethyl cyclotetra-siloxane(D4). The effects of monomer ratio, the type and amount of catalyst, the reaction time and temperature and the amount of end capped agent on the amine values and viscosity of amino-silicon oil were examined. The results showed the optimum conditions as followed: the contents of amino-silicone oil was 4 %, temperature 110C, time 5 hours, concentrated time 40 min, vacuum 0.005 MPa, MM 0.2%, DMS 0.5%, with 0.08% KOH as catalyst.
